You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our sole discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

4. Custom Print Products – No Returns Policy

Most products sold by Flexify Labs are custom-made based on customer-submitted images or specifications (personal photo printing).

Due to the custom nature of these products:

  • All custom print sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.
  • Color variations between screen displays and printed products are not considered defects.
  • Minor cropping adjustments required for printing are not considered errors.

If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Image Uploads & Intellectual Property Responsibility

When uploading images or files for printing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have full legal rights to reproduce and print it.
  • The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or other intellectual property right.
  • The content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

Flexify Labs does not verify ownership of uploaded images.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flexify Labs from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from content you upload.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any content at our discretion.

6. File Handling & Storage

Uploaded files are stored solely for order fulfillment purposes.

We:

  • Do not guarantee long-term storage of customer files.
  • May delete uploaded files after order completion.
  • Are not responsible for maintaining backups of customer-submitted content.

Customers are responsible for retaining their own copies.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Flexify Labs is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Flexify Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Website downtime or technical errors
  • Minor variations in print color, density, or finish

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and designs are the property of Flexify Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flexify Labs, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the website
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your uploaded content

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within that state.
