Overview

Flexify Labs produces both custom photo prints (based on customer-uploaded images) and original art prints.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, return and refund eligibility depends on the product type.

Please review the section that applies to your purchase.


1. Custom Photo Prints (Customer-Uploaded Images)

Photo prints created from customer-uploaded images are considered custom-made products.

All Custom Photo Print Sales Are Final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect image uploads
  • Low-resolution files
  • Cropping or framing expectations
  • Color differences between screen and printed product
  • Customer preference changes after ordering

Each print is produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold.


Damaged or Manufacturing Defects

If your order arrives damaged or contains a verified production defect:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Photos of packaging
    • Shipping label

If approved, we will issue a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Refunds are not issued for damage claims unless a replacement is not possible.


2. Art Prints (Flexify Labs Original Designs)

Standard art prints (non-custom) may be eligible for return.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused
  • The print must be in original condition
  • The item must be returned in protective packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refund Eligibility (Art Prints Only)

Once a returned art print is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • If the returned item is damaged or altered, a partial refund or denial may apply.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom photo prints
  • Custom sizes
  • Limited edition releases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Minor color variations due to monitor differences

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not begun.

Once printing has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.


4. Color & Print Variation Disclaimer

Printed materials may vary slightly from digital previews due to:

  • Monitor calibration differences
  • Paper texture and finish
  • Ink absorption characteristics
  • Lighting conditions

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Flexify Labs is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping fees will apply.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the claim with supporting documentation.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

We encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution.


7. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
